Does not include accidents or damage when driving under the influence.

Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP)

¥2,000/1 day
In case of an emergency, accident, or other issue, 24/7 roadside assistance is provided at no extra cost. Includes:

• key lockout or loss
• flat tires
• towing
• extrication or winching
• dead battery jumpstart
• fuel delivery

Roadside assistance is provided by the Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Insurance Inc.

Fuel Purchase Option (FPO)

¥6,000
Pre-purchase a full tank of gas from us at our flat rate and return the car on a partial or empty tank.
No matter what the price of gas is at the time of rental, we promise the same flat rate.
Instead of having to refill the tank right before returning the vehicle, you can enjoy every last minute of your ride.

Delivery (Kobe City Chuo Ward only)

¥1,500/each
For a small fee, we can deliver the car to your hotel or a nearby station within Chuo Ward, Kobe.
We can also retrieve the vehicle for the same price.
